It is your legal right to return the goods purchased on the Internet 10 days after having received the shipment. You do not even need to give the reason of your actions, yet we would be very pleased to know it.

The item doesn’t fit properly? Something’s changed and you wish to return the product? We’re sad to hear that, but thanks to our super Ninja Customer Service you can now return the goods at any moment within 30 days.
The item that you wish to return must be new, in the condition that you bought it, with tags and in original packing.
We return the money up to 14 days after receiving the shipment.
STEP BY STEP – returning the Goods
1. Log into your account using the LOG IN button at the right top corner of the page.
2. Find the Order number of the Order you wish to return and copy it.
3. Pack the Goods into the pack you received them in. Make sure they have all the tags and have not been worn.
4. The Client cover the shipping costs. We do not accept payment upon delivery shipments.
5. The Goods shall be sent with a purchase resignation document, along with the client’s name, surname, address, and bank account number. You will receive the document on your e-mail after contacting our Customer Service.
6. The Goods along with the above mentioned document and receipt shall be shipped to:
