1. Tailoring & Dispatch Window

In-Stock Garments: Dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday – Friday), might be longer if we are out of stock, but we are sewing at our manufacture every day, please contact us if you wait longer.

Custom Inseam Hemming: Tailored and inspected in our workshop within 3–7 business days prior to dispatch.
- Custom orders: Tailored and inspected in our workshop within 21-28 business days prior to dispatch.

Tracking: A direct tracking link is automatically emailed the moment your shipping label is generated.

Digital Gift Cards: Issued electronically and delivered instantly via email upon order confirmation with no delivery fees.

3. Duties, Taxes & International Pricing (Ex-VAT Policy)
We apply an automated ex-VAT policy for all international destinations outside the European Union. Prices are automatically adjusted at checkout once your delivery destination is selected.

European Union (EU): All orders include 23% Polish VAT. There are no additional customs fees, import duties, or clearance charges upon delivery.

United States: Orders are billed excluding EU VAT (23% deducted at checkout). Under the US de minimis exemption threshold, personal orders valued under $800 USD are free from import duty and sales tax upon arrival.

United Kingdom: Orders are billed excluding EU VAT (23% deducted at checkout). Shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Local UK VAT (20%) and any applicable courier customs clearance fees will be billed directly to you by the courier prior to or upon delivery.

Rest of the World (Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Asia): Orders are billed excluding EU VAT. Shipments are dispatched on a DAP basis and may be subject to local import sales tax, duties, and handling fees levied by your domestic customs authority. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Policy: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered garments in original condition with all brand tags intact within 14 days of parcel delivery. (Garments finished with custom inseam hemming or bespoke alterations cannot be returned or refunded).

Poland & European Union (EU): Free Returns. Contact us at shop@beneventostore.com with your order number to receive a complimentary prepaid return shipping label.

Non-EU & Rest of World (US, UK, CA, AU, etc.): Returns are handled at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trusted, tracked courier service. Return parcels must be clearly declared on the customs invoice as "RETURNED GOODS / COMMERCIAL RETURN" to avoid redundant import duties upon re-entry to Poland.
5. Packaging & Care
Each pair is carefully folded by hand and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper before being placed into fully recyclable, reinforced cardboard packaging designed to protect the trouser drape and shape during transit without single-use plastics.
