Exchange policy

To provide a fast exchange and to improve chances for stock availability, return your products and place a new order. Contact our customer service at Make sure to include your name, address and order number.

For EU customers:

Our customer service team will get back to you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can use for your return. Please print and complete the exchange form that we will send you. Securely pack your item(s) with the return form and post it with our return label with UPS courier.

For Non EU customers:

We will ask you to contact our team at to get return sheet, which we ask you to put in to return package. Returns from outside the EU are on customer cost. 

You have 30 days to exchange.
