Returns

We accept returns received within 14 days from date of receipt on items.

The item that you wish to return must be unused, unworn, and have its original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

EU RETURNS

We offer free returns within the European Union.

To initiate a return, contact us by emailing shop@beneventostore.com to obtain a free return label.

Please print and complete the return form that we will send you. Securely pack your item(s) with the return form and post it with DHL Ecommerce courier.

You are eligible for both returns and exchanges.

The value of the purchased product will be refunded, but not the original shipping cost.

Please allow up to 15 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers.

NON-EU RETURNS

When returning a product from outside of the European Union, contact shop@beneventostore.com to obtain the return sheet. On the return sheet, please ensure that you include your name, address, and order number. This sheet should be added to the items you return to the shipping package.

We do not offer free returns outside of the European Union. Hence, you need to ship your order back to us at your cost, and once we receive your return, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs.

Any applied duties, taxes, and/or fees are non-refundable.
